Role Overview

Responsible for managing overall site administration, industrial relations, and stores operations. The role ensures smooth manpower coordination, statutory compliance, and material management in alignment with company policies.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Administration & Industrial Relations (IR):

Manage attendance, leave records, and overtime data of workmen.

Coordinate accommodation, mess, and transportation for site staff.

Handle statutory compliances such as PF, ESIC, and labor licenses.

Liaise with local authorities and proactively resolve IR issues.

Maintain records of manpower deployment and statutory registers.

Support Site In-Charge in manpower mobilization and demobilization.

  • Stores Management:

Manage receipt, storage, and issuance of materials as per company procedures.

Inspect incoming materials for quantity and quality.

Issue materials based on approved requisitions and maintain documentation.

Conduct regular stock verifications and reconcile with Head Office records.

Ensure proper identification, storage, and handling of materials to prevent losses.

Key Skills & Competencies

Knowledge of labor laws and statutory compliances.

Strong understanding of inventory and material management.

Proficiency in ERP or Excel-based stock tracking systems.

Good communication, documentation, and coordination skills.

Ability to multitask and manage site operations efficiently.

Qualification & Experience

Graduate / MBA (HR/IR) or Diploma in Material Management preferred.

2–4 years of experience in site administration, IR, and stores operations.
