Commercial Move Coordinator – Minneapolis, MN

What You’ll Be Doing:
Coordinate all aspects of commercial moves including office and industrial relocations.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the relocation process.
Support sales, operations, accounting, and agent partners to ensure seamless execution of moves.
Prepare and manage move-related documentation including estimates, move plans, and service orders.
Schedule and dispatch crews, trucks, and equipment in accordance with move timelines.
Communicate proactively with customers to provide updates and respond to inquiries.
Track shipments and ensure timely completion of each move phase.
Resolve service issues and escalate matters as needed to ensure customer satisfaction.
Verify that all services are performed in compliance with company standards and client expectations.
Coordinate with vendors and internal departments to manage logistics effectively.
Maintain detailed and accurate records in company systems.
Participate in project planning meetings and post-move evaluations.
What We’re Looking For:
Previous experience in the moving, relocation, or logistics industry is highly preferred.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and logistics management software.
Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external partners.
Must be able to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen.
