Our Partner Success team is seeking a dynamic Omni-Merch Administrator, as part of our growing team, you will be responsible for providing support in various projects across categories and in partnership with multiple brands, stakeholders and divisions.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Stakeholder engagement
Maintaining the communications channel
Investigation & escalation of queries in relation to promotions
Promotion Admin and QC
Creating/ Loading promotions for the website/ app on Omni Product
Adding/updating promotion specs/ facets
Promotion issues investigations & fixing (PIM & reporting checks)
Ensuring promotions are not live before launch dates or late – specified by brands
Quality control of submitted promotions (Vtex)
Adhoc Admin
Preparing, organising and storing information in a digital form (Monday.com)
Managing diaries, scheduling meetings and booking rooms (taking minutes etc)
WHO YOU ARE:
This job is for you if you have:
Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication (Advantageous)
2+ years of experience in an e-commerce or omni-channel retail is a plus
Ability to be agile and effective
Strong coordination skills
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Strong analytical skills
Team player comfortable with working on multiple projects with different stakeholders while acting as support
