Description of Work:
The primary purpose for this position is to provide extensive operational, logistical, and administrative support to the Regional Office.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide a positive customer service experience for both internal and external customers.
Present ideas clearly and effectively in written form.
Possess knowledge of program policies and procedural aspects of the program to provide detailed administrative support to staff.
Processing of outgoing and incoming correspondence via normal and expedited processing is required.
Specific knowledge and application of accounting rules and guidelines to appropriately process incoming cash and checks.
Providing team back-up in providing administrative coverage to other divisions and programs in the Regional Office.

Recruitment Range: $31,200.00 – $39,099.00

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities / Competencies

To qualify for this position, applicants must document on the application that they possess ALL of the following:

Demonstrated experience compiling or creating flyers, memos, letters, spreadsheets and/or data entry.
Demonstrated experience in processing mail, ordering office supplies, and/or scheduling meetings.
Demonstrated experience in processing payments or expenditures and/or reviewing or auditing financial/budget information.

Minimum Education and Experience Requirements

High school or General Educational Development (GED) diploma and one year of administrative experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
