Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Onboarding Specialist for AL Khobar KSA
Must Haves:
Manage end-to-end onboarding processes for new employees
Coordinate joining formalities, documentation, and system access
Conduct employee orientation and induction sessions
Collaborate with HR, IT, Admin, and hiring managers for seamless onboarding
Ensure compliance with company policies and onboarding procedures
Track onboarding progress and maintain accurate employee records
