JOB SUMMARY:
The Online Program Coordinator assists the Associate Vice President for the Global Campus to coordinate the scheduling and
communication
for Boyce College Online, Southern Seminary Online, and Hispanic Online courses in conjunction with the School of Theology, Billy Graham School, and Boyce College. This person also assists the AVP with faculty and adjunct
communication
regarding scheduling and other administrative tasks.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
The employee in this position will have the following essential job functions:
Serve as first “point of contact” and primary liaison for all online faculty, adjuncts, and teaching assistants.
Direct faculty to appropriate person and/or resource for help
Assist the AVP in all aspects of course scheduling
Track and analyze course enrollments and teaching loads.
Communicate with Boyce College, Billy Graham School, and School of Theology administration concerning course scheduling
Assist in calculating payments for faculty, adjuncts, and teaching assistants
Conduct regular reviews of various aspects of online program
Work alongside and have willingness to learn from other online learning staff
Complete assigned tasks in a timely manner
Learn how to use select software (training and guidance will be provided)
Performs other duties as may be assigned by supervisor.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
The person in this position should be at minimum a current undergraduate student
Experience with administration or administrative work is a plus but not required
