Operation Officer
We are looking for a highly motivated Operation Officer to support our branch operations in Makassar. This role will be responsible for overseeing daily operational activities, ensuring smooth workflow, and assisting the Branch Manager in all aspects of operations.
Responsibilities
• Handle and oversee daily operational tasks to ensure smooth business processes.
• Assist the Branch Manager in various operational and administrative duties.
• Coordinate with different departments to improve efficiency and workflow.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Assist in managing inventory, logistics, and supply chain operations.
• Prepare operational reports and documentation as required.
• Solve operational issues and provide solutions for continuous improvement.
Requirements
• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in operations, logistics, or a similar role (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Have an ability to adapt and innovative.
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
• Ability to work independently and assist the Branch Manager in multiple areas.
• Willing to be placed in Makassar.
