Key Responsibilities:
* Responsible for monthly reporting (tickets, complaints, and job cards summary).* Follow up on complaints and service requests until closure.* Ensure proper assignment and escalation to the concerned teams.* Monitor SLA performance and ensure timely service delivery.* Coordinate paid service scheduling and follow up on fees collection.* Prepare accurate operational reports.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree* 2 years of experience in dispatching or operations coordination* Good communication and multitasking skills* Proficiency in Microsoft Office
