Role Overview
We’re looking for a highly organized and proactive Operational Assistant to support leadership by owning priorities, coordinating execution, and ensuring follow-through across the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain a dynamic priority list on behalf of leadership
- Coordinate and follow up on tasks across multiple business functions
- Ensure key initiatives are progressing and deadlines are met
- Act as a central point of coordination between teams and stakeholders
- Support project execution across marketing, partnerships, and operations
- Prepare updates, summaries, and reports for leadership
- Assist with light calendar and inbox management where required
- Identify gaps and proactively drive solutions
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Operations Coordinator, or similar
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Ability to prioritise independently and make judgment calls
- High level of initiative and problem-solving ability
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience working with international clients or remote teams (preferred)
- Proficiency in productivity and project tools (Asana, Notion, Slack, Google Workspace)
