Role Overview

We’re looking for a highly organized and proactive Operational Assistant to support leadership by owning priorities, coordinating execution, and ensuring follow-through across the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain a dynamic priority list on behalf of leadership
  • Coordinate and follow up on tasks across multiple business functions
  • Ensure key initiatives are progressing and deadlines are met
  • Act as a central point of coordination between teams and stakeholders
  • Support project execution across marketing, partnerships, and operations
  • Prepare updates, summaries, and reports for leadership
  • Assist with light calendar and inbox management where required
  • Identify gaps and proactively drive solutions

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Operations Coordinator, or similar
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Ability to prioritise independently and make judgment calls
  • High level of initiative and problem-solving ability
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience working with international clients or remote teams (preferred)
  • Proficiency in productivity and project tools (Asana, Notion, Slack, Google Workspace)
