Operations Accountability Receptionist (Part-time/ Full-time)
Under the supervision of the Director of Operations, this position is responsible for Resident Accountability via incoming resident contact calls utilizing the T-Mobile Tracking cell phone system. Responsibilities include handling receptionist duties, typing, word-processing, and other clerical support for the Bridgeton facilities.
Required knowledge, Abilities and Experience:
Knowledge of:
Excellent Communication Skills, both verbal and written
Ability to handle high volume calls
Maintain accurate call activities
Basic Computer Skills
Modern office principles, protocol, and equipment including computer and word processing software
Ability to:
Maintain resident accountability outside the facility by accurately recording incoming phone calls and alerting management when contract compliance is not met.
Answer incoming calls unrelated to accountability and transfer to appropriate parties.
Complete Daily Random Accountability Calls.
Provide resident accountability information to the Manager of Duty.
Monitor resident movement using the T-Mobile GPS tracking system.
Record clear, complete, accurate, and concise telephone messages.
Provide technological support for department staff.
Maintain Resident Cell Phone Inventory.
Participate in mandatory training and staff development.
Operate standard office equipment and software including Windows XP, MS Word, MS Access, MS Excel.
Perform other duties as directed by the Director of Operations.
Contact facilities regarding resident property across programs.
Meet Department of Corrections clearance requirements and adhere to position duties.
Academic and Work Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent required, along with at least one year of clerical experience in a structured office environment. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
