A well-established organisation is currently looking to hire an Operations Administrator to join their team. This role plays a key part in supporting day-to-day operational and administrative processes within a busy commercial environment.
This position would suit someone organised, detail-oriented and looking to develop their administrative skills within a structured team. Full training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities

Process purchase invoices and maintain accurate records

Manage documentation relating to customer transactions

Support the administration of asset registrations and ownership transfers

Process supplier invoices and assist with payment runs

Prepare daily lodgements and post transactions to the accounts system

Follow up on outstanding payments and reconcile invoices where required

Ensure all internal administration procedures are completed accurately

Maintain organised and up-to-date filing systems

Support the wider team with general administrative tasks when required
