A well-established organisation is currently looking to hire an Operations Administrator to join their team. This role plays a key part in supporting day-to-day operational and administrative processes within a busy commercial environment.

This position would suit someone organised, detail-oriented and looking to develop their administrative skills within a structured team. Full training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process purchase invoices and maintain accurate records

  • Manage documentation relating to customer transactions

  • Support the administration of asset registrations and ownership transfers

  • Process supplier invoices and assist with payment runs

  • Prepare daily lodgements and post transactions to the accounts system

  • Follow up on outstanding payments and reconcile invoices where required

  • Ensure all internal administration procedures are completed accurately

  • Maintain organised and up-to-date filing systems

  • Support the wider team with general administrative tasks when required
