Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support our executive team. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills and a strong attention to detail. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of daily activities, managing schedules, and facilitating effective communication within the organization. The Executive Assistant will act as a trusted partner, providing administrative support while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.

Duties (Essentially, take over administrative tasks of business owner). These include:

Manage and maintain executives’ schedules, including appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
Manage Owners Email.
Manage Evidence Storage, Disposals.
Assist in office management tasks to ensure an efficient working environment.
Manage Vehicle fleet, insurance needs of employees.
Manage Tenants at Owners Rental Property
Maintain records using QuickBooks for financial tracking as needed.
Support personal assistant tasks as required by executives.

Requirements

Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in other administrative roles.
Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Google Suite applications.
Excellent proofreading skills with attention to detail in written communications.
Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a high level of organization.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization.
Experience in office management is preferred but not mandatory.
Knowledge of QuickBooks is a plus but not required.

The job is unique as you would be taking over the administrative tasks that a small business owner has done since the company started over 20 years ago. It is hard to describe all of these tasks in this post, and the person needs to be highly highly adaptable to resolving a variety of tasks. The job comes with a lot of downtime.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 – $75,000.00 per year

Experience:

Previous Administrative Assistant: 3 years (Preferred)
