Delta Security Services is a small family owned Security Guard company in Phoenix, AZ. We offer a fast paced, fun, social and engaging family atmosphere. We are located off of the I-17 and northern avenues in phoenix, AZ. We are growing fast and have plenty of room for advancement.

We are looking for a fun energetic person that can take their job serious and have fun at the same time. Looking for someone drug free with strong dedication and work ethics. Someone that can work independently and with a group. The office is comprised of 6 Administrators, training staff, dispatchers and 4 to 5 employees. The right person would be strong and a take charge kind of person with excellent attention to detail and organization. You must be neat and presentable for the public. Must be able to speak to people on the phone and think on your feet. Trust and loyalty is huge in this company and if you take care of the company the company will take care of you.

Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
Answer and direct phone calls to appropriate departments or individuals
Manage and maintain office supplies inventory
Perform general clerical duties, including photocopying, scanning, and filing documents
Assist with order entry and data entry tasks
Coordinate and assist with event planning and organization
Provide administrative support to various departments as needed
Proofread documents for accuracy and completeness
Transcribe meeting minutes and other important information
Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks
Act as a personal assistant to the management team when necessary
Provide excellent customer support and address inquiries or concerns promptly

Experience:

Proven experience as a receptionist or administrative assistant is preferred
Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Familiarity with QuickBooks or other accounting software is a plus but not necessary
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Attention to detail and accuracy in all work performed
