Responsibilities:
– Perform general office administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying and scanning receipts.
– Maintain technical job records, such as filing pictures, drawings and other documents
– Assist withshop maintenance/housekeeping.
-Run errands
– Will sign N.D.A.
Qualifications:
– Proven experience in office administration or a related field
– Proficient in using office equipment
– Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with staff at all levels
– 3-5 Years experience with Word, Excel, Outlook required
– Experience on MacBooks, iPhones, iPad preferred.
– Attention to detail and accuracy in handling clerical tasks
