As the Operations Administrator, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the daily operations of our branch office. Your responsibilities will include ensuring efficiency, compliance, and exceptional customer service. You will be key in administrative tasks, staff management, financial oversight, sales support, and facility management. Your role is not just about upholding company policies, managing budgets, and facilitating communication between the branch and headquarters but also about maintaining the smooth functioning of the entire branch.

A. Office Management:

Maintain business supplies by checking inventory and ordering items.

Maintain the general facilities

Ensure the entire facility and storage of supplies are kept tidy and organized.

Coordinate and resolve issues in the facility with property management and contractors.

Ensure all equipment is fully functional and kept clean at all times.

Ensure compliance with health and safety policies.

B. Administrative Support:

Perform/monitor opening and closing duties.

Answer incoming calls and assume other receptionist duties.

Perform ad-hoc administrative duties.

Book computer sessions and organize events.

C. Student Support:

Compile educational materials and packages, including shipment and distribution.

Set up classrooms, including media, computer tablets, and laptops.

Invigilate classrooms during lectures and mock exams (The ability to stand/walk for the duration of the shift and move within the classroom).

Qualifications:

A bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field is preferred.

3-4 previous experience in office coordination/management or similar role required.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.

Flexibility to work weekends and adjust work hours as needed.

Ability to multitask, prioritize, and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-Time

Expected Hours: 40 per week
