We're partnering with a successful and growing organisation seeking a Business Support Coordinator to become a key part of their team.
This is a varied position suited to someone who enjoys working across multiple areas of a business, supporting people, improving processes and ensuring day-to-day operations run efficiently.
The Opportunity
Working closely with leadership and internal stakeholders, you'll play an important role in coordinating activities, maintaining systems and supporting business operations. No two days will look exactly the same, making this an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys variety and taking ownership of their work.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate a range of administrative and operational activities across the business
- Support internal teams with scheduling, communications and workflow management
- Maintain business records, systems and documentation
- Assist with employee-related administration and coordination activities
- Liaise with external providers and service partners as required
- Monitor business processes and identify opportunities for improvement
- Prepare reports, presentations and business documents
- Ensure information remains accurate, organised and up to date
- Provide general support to leadership and wider teams as needed

You are organised, reliable and enjoy creating structure in a busy environment. You take initiative, follow through on commitments and are comfortable managing a variety of responsibilities simultaneously.
