Operations Administrator – Durham, NC (Office Based) Jobs in Durham, NC at IQVIA
PRIMARY PURPOSE AND FUNCTIONS
Assist the team with assignments and duties relating to brokering commercial real estate throughout the Inter mountain West.
Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
– Answering telephones, responding to emails and voicemails
– Implementing and assisting in managing broker’s schedules
– Implementing effective filing system (electronic)
– Provide transaction coordination from start to closing
– Uploading documents and sending for electronic signature
– Occasional real estate errands (showing properties to prospective clients, taking pictures of locations, document running, dropping off files/keys)
– Interfacing with other staff employees to preparing marketing materials and assist in marketing efforts
– Typical office computer work including scanning , sorting e-files and documents
– Any other office, administrative or real estate work as deemed necessary
– Some personal assistant work (travel arrangements, errands, etc.)
– Reporting to and being accountable to multiple persons.
Requirements:
Strong computer skills including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Strong editing skills, i.e., spelling, grammar, punctuation
Professional appearance and demeanor
Reliable, detail-oriented and punctual
Professional phone and customer service etiquette
Possess a friendly, proactive attitude and a strong desire to learn and progress within the firm, including participation in company provided training programs.
Minimum Education: High School Diploma/equivalent
College experience desired but not required
Real Estate License desired but not required (could obtain after employment)

– Enjoys specialized tasks, regular work procedures and routines, while having ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment.
– Car required, to show properties or run errands on occasion.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $28.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 25 per week
