ICONIC London is a fast-growing colour cosmetics brand born and established on-line and on social media now expanding into retail and new geographies.

Based in our Canary Wharf HQ with working from home available, you will work with and support our friendly, vibrant and highly successful Operations team.

Role

This position is a multi-functional role working within the Operations team. Dividing time between working closely with the Operations Director on a wide variety of work including reporting and compliance projects, whilst also supporting the Buying team with administration functions.

The skills for this role are as important as experience, we are looking for someone who enjoys process while driving improvement and uses initiative is keen to take on new projects and willing to help the team with flexibility to ensure success. A person who can comprehend the bigger picture while also managing detail.

The right applicant will be structured and organised with strong Excel skills and the ability to manipulate data but also able to work proactively with a certain level of ambiguity.

An ability to work across a range of projects at the same time and follow established processes reliably and with a keen eye for detail. Clear concise communication is needed and the desire to work within and supporting a team in this fast-paced environment.

Experience

Applicants will be degree educated, with supply chain experience and / or knowledge of the cosmetics industry a considerable advantage. Internal progression from the role is possible, particularly within the Operations team. This might suit someone who has completed an internship as part of their degree or as a second step in their career.

Responsibilities

Working with the Operations Director will include managing projects such as plastics usage reporting, environmental impact reporting and supporting with admin and data provision across a wide variety of projects – the work will be varied with the opportunity to take the lead in some areas with the appropriate support.

Working with the buying team will include creating barcodes, raising SKU codes, booking stock into warehouses, updating master data information, updating tracking information, managing samples, completing shipping requests and documentation, chasing suppliers for information, maintaining project files and creating action lists from key meetings as part of a wide variety of important administrative functions.
