The ideal candidate will assist in administrative tasks, generating reports, and supporting cross-functional teams to optimize efficiency.

Job Description:

We are searching for talented professionals with proven experience as administrative/operations assistants. The salary starts at $1125.00 per month.

Manage data entry, record-keeping, and document organization

Prepare and analyze operational reports and performance metrics

Coordinate meetings, schedules, and travel arrangements

Handle email communication, follow-ups, and correspondence

Track and manage operational workflows and task completion

Assist in vendor coordination, procurement, and invoice processing

Support project management and cross-functional collaboration

Monitor and coordinate processes, ensuring adherence to SLAs and KPIs

Maintain confidentiality and compliance with company policies

Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures

Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years of experience in administrative support or operations

Expertise with Microsoft 365 (Formerly known as Microsoft Office)

Proficient writing and spoken English (including top grammar skills), C1 or C2

Appropriate work-from-home environment

Personal computer with: 8GB+ RAM

25 – 50 Mbps Internet Speed (Minimum)
