They hire the best and brightest talent to bring their products to life and are now looking for a Coaching Operations Administrator to join their latest venture.
They’re building a mobile first SaaS platform with the sole aim to democratize elite career coaching, which is usually only accessible and affordable to execs, leaders and directors.
Using cutting edge tech combined with AI and Gamification this ground-breaking product will make coaching available to everyone.
They are now looking to hire a proactive, detail-oriented individual who thrives in fast-paced environments and is excited to make a real impact. If you love problem-solving, streamlining processes, and ensuring every coaching experience is seamless, this role is for you.
You don’t need to have a coaching qualification – what matters is that you’re detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and driven to continuously improve systems and processes. You’ll be part of a small team focused on making every coaching experience feel seamless and high quality.
In this role, you’ll be responsible for:
Optimizing and streamlining day-to-day coaching operations for efficiency.
Managing and maintaining internal systems and tooling.
Coordinating communications, schedules, and ensuring clear, timely information flow.
Proactively identifying potential bottlenecks and keeping the team ahead of challenges.
This is a brilliant opportunity to get stuck in, learn fast, and contribute meaningfully to a product that’s growing quickly. This is a hybrid (2 days a week in a co-working space) London-based role.

Skills needed:
-2-5 years of experience in an operational role
-Strong attention to detail
-Familiarity with working with freelancers, contractors or affiliates
-Strong organisation & collaboration skills
-Comfortable with fast-paced start-up environment and ability to handle ambiguity
-Exceptional critical thinking skills, including the ability to problem solve independently and quickly
-Excellent communication skills, both in terms of accuracy and clarity
-Self-motivated, with the ability to work in a high pressure, deadline-driven virtual environment
