Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Salary: Up to RM4,000 per month
About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated individual to join our Operations team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates and candidates with up to 2 years of experience who are interested in building a career within insurance operations, finance, and credit management.
Key Responsibilities
- Support cash settlements, reconciliations, trade execution, and disbursement processing
- Liaise with brokers, insurers, clients, and internal stakeholders to resolve outstanding issues
- Prepare, analyze, and distribute monthly reports
- Assist in credit risk assessment and related analysis
- Reconcile credit files and investigate discrepancies
- Maintain accurate data entry and data management records
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures, and SOPs
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure smooth operational processes and timely information flow
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in any field
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- 1–2 years of experience in Credit Management, Finance, Accounts Receivable, Reconciliation, Insurance Operations, or related fields will be an advantage
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Good command of English, both written and spoken
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Team player with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges
