Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Salary: Up to RM4,000 per month

About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated individual to join our Operations team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates and candidates with up to 2 years of experience who are interested in building a career within insurance operations, finance, and credit management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support cash settlements, reconciliations, trade execution, and disbursement processing
  • Liaise with brokers, insurers, clients, and internal stakeholders to resolve outstanding issues
  • Prepare, analyze, and distribute monthly reports
  • Assist in credit risk assessment and related analysis
  • Reconcile credit files and investigate discrepancies
  • Maintain accurate data entry and data management records
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures, and SOPs
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure smooth operational processes and timely information flow

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in any field
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
  • 1–2 years of experience in Credit Management, Finance, Accounts Receivable, Reconciliation, Insurance Operations, or related fields will be an advantage
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • Good command of English, both written and spoken
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Team player with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges
