We are seeking a highly organized and professional Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and team members, the receptionist plays a vital role in setting the tone for the workplace. Duties
Greet and assist clients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
Manage incoming phone calls using multi-line phone systems, directing calls to appropriate staff members.
Schedule appointments and manage calendars efficiently to ensure optimal use of time.
Perform data entry tasks accurately, maintaining up-to-date records in our computerized systems.
Handle correspondence, including emails and mail, ensuring timely responses and follow-ups.
Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, organizing documents, and maintaining office supplies.
Provide support to medical staff as needed, including managing patient information confidentially.
Requirements
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Excellent time management skills to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently.
Proficient in computer applications, particularly Google Suite and data entry systems.
Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact professionally with clients and colleagues.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
Familiarity with calendar management tools is highly desirable.
