The Receptionist will serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and employees; and is responsible for delivering a professional and welcoming experience that reflects the values of the organization. This position provides administrative support to various parts of the office to ensure smooth operations and a positive workplace.

COMPENSATION: $25 – $30/Hour DOE

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Maintain the reception area and lobby with tidiness and greeting visitors. Not allowing entry for unauthorized individuals and solicitors
Responsible for mail and package deliveries; out and in
Keep office and breakroom supplies stocked and maintained
Putting away R&D perishable deliveries
Maintaining garage, key card, communication, and maintenance accesses with building ownership
Assist with event set-up and take down
Calendar, meeting, and expense report management for Senior VP/CIO and VP of IT
Responsible for researching and compiling data, reports, special projects, handle sensitive and confidential information
Creating Access badges an entering new hires into CCure
Scheduling conference rooms as needed for various departments
Mail sort and delivery
Assisting with office errands and deposits
General office and visitor communication; and office maintenance and vendors

QUALIFICATIONS:

Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations
Microsoft office proficiency
Clear communication skills
Calendar and scheduling ability
Ability to multitask
Good time management
