You’re detail-oriented and can provide administrative support, including inventory management, document preparation, data entry, etc.

You have experience supporting finance functions like accounts payable/receivable

You are good at building relationships and can liaise with building management, maintenance, and vendors to coordinate repairs

You have an insatiable appetite for learning and a knack for adapting to any situation

A sneak peek at what you’ll be doing

Driving employee celebrations program by collaborating with multiple teams to execute in a timely manner

Supporting front desk responsibilities by greeting and assisting visitors and ensuring an excellent office experience

Jam with operations, marketing, senior leadership, and other team members on ways to make the office a better place to be and for seasonal events

Support finance and HR team with data entry, Quickbooks, employee reimbursements, payroll, digital filing, and timesheets with accuracy

Actively engage in feedback sessions, both providing and receiving feedback to refine and enhance event success

Ensure office supplies and equipment are functioning well, clean, and maintained

What

you bring to the table

Experience in office management, administration, OR equivalent.

The natural ability to be personable, warm, and build strong relationships

Strong organization skills and diligence in having a self-starter mentality and a strong work ethic

A take-charge attitude with an ability to self-manage tasks and deliverables

Strong verbal and written communication skills, executed among various digital channels and attention to detail

An eye for design and aesthetics

Collaborative team player who excels in group discussions and values feedback

A growth mindset, enthusiastic about learning and development
