EasyRental is growing, and we are looking for a new team member to join our Operations & Customer Service department at our offices in Iraklio, Attica.
If you are organized, communicative, and enjoy problem-solving, this role is an excellent opportunity to grow professionally in the car leasing industry.
You will be at the core of our daily operations, ensuring the prompt and effective service of our customers.
💼Key Responsibilities
As an Operations Associate, your responsibilities include:
📞 Customer Communication: Answer questions about our products and services, guide potential customers through the sales process, and forward calls to the right internal teams.
🛠 After-Sales Support: Manage scheduled maintenance and accidents, communicate with repair shops and insurance companies, draft necessary forms, and review invoices.
📝 Sales Support: Issue contracts, arrange car insurance for new vehicles, perform data entry in our ERP system, and communicate with banks to provide required documents.
🚗 Lease-End Processes: Handle vehicle returns and inspections.
📂 Administrative Duties: Perform general administrative and back-office duties as required.
💰 Financial Communication: Communicate with clients regarding pending balances, lease expirations, and other financial matters.
Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree
- Excellent communication skills and professional conduct
- Ability to coordinate multiple tasks with various stakeholders
