Operations Associate – EqualAccess (Hybrid, NYC)

What you'll actually do:

Support live client engagements – SOPs, workflows, operational systems that real businesses depend on. Help build and improve our recruiting process from the inside. Contribute to how we implement AI and technology across our work. Learn how a consulting and talent business actually operates – not from a textbook, from doing it.

What we're looking for:

One to three years of experience, but more importantly, the right mindset. Proactive. Ownership mentality. The kind of person who sees a problem and moves without being asked. Strong communicator. Fast learner. Comfortable with ambiguity and a fast-moving environment.

BIg bonus if you know Excel, project management tools, or have worked with AI and LLMs. Not required if everything else is there.

The honest part:

The compensation is $55,000–$65,000 to start. It's not Manhattan hedge fund money. But if you're early in your career, hungry to learn, and want exposure that most people don't get at this stage – this is worth a serious look.

This role has a high probability of converting to full-time based on performance. Commission and bonus are part of the picture.
