Key Responsibilities

As an Office Assistant, your responsibilities will include:

General Administrative Support

The Office Assistant will handle filing, photocopying, scanning, and maintaining office records and documents.

Front Desk & Reception Duties

Greeting visitors, answering incoming calls, responding to emails, and directing inquiries to the appropriate team members.

Scheduling & Coordination

Assisting with scheduling meetings, managing calendars, booking appointments, and preparing meeting materials.

Document Preparation

The Office Assistant will create and format documents, reports, memos, and letters as required.

Record Maintenance

Ensuring both electronic and paper files are organized, up-to-date, and easily accessible.

Office Organization

Maintaining a clean and orderly office environment, monitoring supplies, and coordinating with vendors when necessary.

Mail and Deliveries

Receiving, sorting, and distributing incoming mail and packages, and preparing outgoing mail or courier shipments.
