We’re seeking a motivated Operations Coordinator to be part of a great team working together to coordinate Support Operations. Operations Coordinators are positioned at the heart of the company and handle client, employee, and headquarter requests.

The right candidate will have previous experience in a high-volume customer service position. Excellent attention to detail and ability to handle multiple priorities is a must!

Responsibilities

Provide excellent customer service to clients, employees, and HQ departments

Act as primary support operations intake and triage coordinator

Assist with operations management by triaging support requests, tracking progress, and following issues through to resolution

Support Headquarters in day-to-day operational tasks, including task management, communications, data entry, light data analysis, and reporting

Qualification Requirements

Superior communication and customer service skills

Data entry and light data analysis experience is preferred

Previous experience in a high transaction volume position

Computer proficiency with MS Office, CRM technology, and project management software experience

Ability to juggle multiple priorities
