Full Job Description
Responsibilities: – Coordinate and oversee daily operations of the office – Manage and maintain office supplies, equipment, and inventory – Transcribe meeting minutes and distribute to relevant parties – Assist with project coordination and tracking – Perform data entry and clerical tasks as needed – Answer phone calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate staff members – Greet visitors and provide them with necessary information or assistance – Assist with front desk duties, including scheduling appointments and managing calendars – Provide administrative support to the team as required Requirements: – Previous experience in an office or administrative role is preferred – Strong organizational and multitasking skills – Proficiency in computerized systems and software, including Microsoft Office Suite – Knowledge of medical receptionist duties is a plus – Excellent data entry skills with a high level of accuracy – Familiarity with phone systems and ability to handle multiple lines – Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion – Strong communication skills, both verbal and written – Proactive problem-solving abilities and attention to detail Note: This job description is intended to provide a general overview of the position.
