We’re Hiring:
Operations Coordinator (3-Month Temp) – Onsite in Anaheim, CA

Location: Anaheim, CA 92806

Duration: Temporary (Up to 3 Months)

Schedule: Monday to Friday | 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM | First Shift

Key Responsibilities:

Review new orders, approvals, and documentation to ensure accurate and timely project releases

Manage the full order lifecycle to ensure timely production and delivery

Coordinate basic Modernization (MOD) and Components models using project management practices

Communicate with project managers, sales, and branch teams to remove delays and meet schedules

Maintain production schedules aligned with customer expectations and manufacturing resources

Prepare and release accurate supplier orders and maintain detailed records

Qualifications:

Preferred: Experience in construction or architectural project coordination

Strong customer service orientation

Effective verbal and written communication skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)

Ability to read and interpret architectural and technical documentation

Excellent organization and time management skills – able to juggle multiple priorities

Comfortable with mathematical concepts such as fractions, percentages, and decimals
