About the Role
We’re looking for a highly organised Operations Coordinator to take ownership of daily job reporting, scheduling, and operational admin across the business.
This is a hands-on role focused on ensuring all jobs are accurately documented, compliant, and closed out each day. You’ll work closely with field teams and management to keep operations running smoothly and on track.

Key Responsibilities
- Own daily job close-out and reporting across all active jobs
- Ensure all documentation is completed, submitted, and filed accurately
- Maintain job boards, schedules, and internal systems in real time
- Coordinate with field teams to confirm job progress and requirements
- Track labour, timesheets, and operational records
- Support payroll and invoicing through accurate data and documentation
- Follow up on missing information and ensure nothing falls through the cracks
What You’ll Be Doing Daily
- Ensuring all jobs are fully documented and compliant
- Updating job status and records in internal systems
- Reviewing labour and job data for accuracy
- Uploading and maintaining supporting documentation
- Communicating with field teams to close out outstanding items
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in operations, scheduling, or coordination
- Background in construction, hire, logistics, or similar environments preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Confident communicator who can follow up and chase information
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- High level of ownership and accountability
