We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Operations Coordinator to support our growing staffing operations and business development initiatives. This role plays a critical part in ensuring smooth day-to-day coordination of workforce deployment, client communication, and proposal support.

Key Responsibilities
Operations & Staffing Coordination
- Support daily staffing operations, including worker confirmations and attendance tracking
- Conduct early morning check-ins with scheduled workers to ensure shift coverage
- Coordinate replacements for last-minute callouts or no-shows
- Maintain real-time communication with internal team and client supervisors
- Track attendance, shift updates, and operational issues
Client Communication Support
- Act as a secondary point of contact during peak hours or urgent situations
- Ensure timely updates are provided to clients regarding staffing status
- Escalate issues promptly and support resolution
Proposal & Business Support
- Assist in preparing client proposals, RFP submissions, and presentation materials
- Format documents, compile candidate profiles, and maintain proposal templates
- Track submission deadlines and support business development initiatives
What We’re Looking For
- 1–3 years experience in operations, staffing, coordination, or admin support
- Strong communication skills (phone + email)
- Highly organized with the ability to multitask under pressure
- Comfortable working early mornings when required
- Proactive mindset — someone who takes ownership, not just instructions

Compensation
- Hourly Rate: $20.00 – $22.00 per hour, based on experience
- Performance-based incentives may be offered based on attendance reliability, responsiveness, and operational support
