We are seeking an exceptional Operations Coordinator to support the delivery and operationalizing of a complex execution-layer platform in live client environments. This role sits at the intersection of coordination, delivery discipline, stakeholder follow-through, and operational readiness. You will ensure the deploy-ability backbone is structured, visible, and consistently maintained across multiple moving parts.
What you’ll do
- Coordinate deployment activity across meetings, actions, schedules, work streams, and stakeholder follow-through.
- Maintain visibility of operational tasks, dependencies, risks, decisions, and readiness requirements.
- Support planning logistics, implementation tracking, and execution administration for delivery teams.
- Document and ensure follow-through on actions, decisions, timelines, and responsibilities.
- Facilitate collaboration among client stakeholders, internal teams, and operational contacts to maintain momentum.
- Support onboarding, access provisioning, meeting preparation, reporting inputs, and deployment readiness.
- Flag issues, delays, gaps, or breakdowns in coordination early and clearly.
- Maintain high-quality records across status updates, trackers, governance notes, and deployment artifacts.
- Contribute to operational playbooks, coordination standards, and continuous improvement of deployment support methods.
- Adapt coordination models to the pace and complexity of each environment; avoid generic approaches.
- Assist with go-live preparation and post-deployment stabilization from an operational perspective.
- Create structure and continuity across fast-moving implementation environments.
Requirements
Experience
- 5+ years of experience in operations coordination, delivery support, programme support, or complex implementation environments.
- Proven experience supporting live, high-dependency, or multi-stakeholder environments.
- Strong experience coordinating schedules, actions, reporting inputs, governance processes, and operational readiness activity.
- Demonstrated ability to work across multiple sectors or domains without relying on generic support methods.
- Experience managing competing priorities, ensuring documentation accuracy, and maintaining follow-through under pressure.
- Solid understanding of how operational coordination impacts delivery quality and execution discipline.
- Ability to engage confidently with both technical teams and operational stakeholders.
- Experience supporting pilot activity, go-live readiness, and post-deployment coordination.
