Position: Operations Coordinator for Plumbing Services
GFL is seeking an Operations Coordinator for the Plumbing/Locates Department. This one-year contract role involves scheduling, billing management, and effective communication with clients and field technicians.
As the Operations Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in facilitating the operational support for plumbing and locating services. Your responsibilities will include scheduling and coordinating service calls, managing billing processes, and ensuring accurate communication among clients and internal teams. You will also assist in task assignments for field crews and maintain detailed records across various platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Schedule daily service calls for field technicians

• Create and submit timely invoices and work orders

• Manage coordination of plumbing and locates teams

• Process Purchase Orders and handle customer inquiries

• Maintain spreadsheets for billing and transactions
Requirements:

• 1-3 years experience in administrative support

• Strong organizational and detail-oriented skills

• Excellent communication with contractors and homeowners

• Proficiency in scheduling software and Google Workspace

• Fluency in English and French is an asset
