Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Operations Coordinator located in Ikeja. The Operations Coordinator will oversee daily operations, coordinate team activities, and ensure the seamless running of processes across departments. Responsibilities include inventory management, scheduling, data management, and supporting staff to maintain operational efficiency. The individual will work closely with management to implement strategies, ensure compliance with company policies, and maintain effective communication among team members.

The Operations Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating daily operations, monitoring staff performance, ensuring accountability, tracking inventory, preparing operational reports, and supporting the efficient running of the business. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of following through on tasks to ensure they are completed on time and to standard. This role requires strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills, with the ability to work independently and drive operational excellence across the organization.

  • Experience in operations or a related administrative role is an advantage

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field is preferred
