Summary of Responsibilities:

The primary responsibility for the Office Coordinator is to provide timely and professional customer service to our customers. Ensure that office duties are completed accurately and reported to corporate in a timely manner.

Job Duties Include:

Responsible for office communication; answering and managing all incoming phone calls, open, sort and distribute mail, direct all incoming faxes and emails.
Be the liaison between the branch and corporate
Administer cash drawer; balance daily and maintain right amount of cash.
Prepare and make weekly bank deposits; organize and prepare weekly packet for the accounting department
Enter service orders for incoming work.
Close out and reconcile work orders.
Enter technician timecards and ensure they get sent to Corporate office.
Maintain and organize filing system.
Order office and shop supplies; coordinate repairs for any office equipment.
Review open order report on a regular basis and follow through to ensure timely and accurate completion.
Maintain excellent customer service for both internal & external customers
Assist Corporate with implementing safety training, employee appreciation events, etc.
Coordinate with Human Resources to ensure all new hire information is completed for new employees.
Work closely with Service Manager and Service Technicians.
Other duties as assigned

Skills/Qualifications: Excellent Communication Skills; Highly Motivated, Self-Starter; Detail Oriented; Proficient Planner and Organizer; Team Player Willing to Teach and Learn; Computer Literate (MS Word and MS Excel); Ability to Work in a Group Setting or Without Supervision.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.70 – $24.93 per hour
