The Operations Executive understands the Hub product & delivery, standard operating procedure and support the team in liaising with the Principal and local performing office.
Ensure that the Hub application is duly updated at all the times as per defined process.
Ensure receipt of Proforma Disbursement Account from the Performing offices and dispatch the same to the Principals.
Highlight any issues arising from day-to-day operations and escalate to the Team Leader or Line Manager as required.
In case of any urgent requirement from the Principal, alert the performing offices and inform the Line Manager.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor degree
Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Working knowledge of Port Agency and Crewing Managers
