I’m currently recruiting for a Operations Executive role for a Professional Services Consultancy in Dubai, UAE.
These are requirements of the role:
3+ years of admin support preferably with a recruitment company
Maintain and update CRM systems with accuracy, ensuring timely tracking of leads, opportunities, and client interactions.
Prepare and format sales documents including proposals, presentations, and contracts.
Monitor and report on sales metrics, pipeline status, and performance dashboards.
Review job applications submitted via LinkedIn and other platforms to identify the best qualified candidates for open roles, supporting the hiring process.
Support the Client Solutions Team in diary management, meeting preparation, and post meeting follow-ups.
Maintain sales documentation and playbooks, ensuring version control and accessibility across the team.
