I'm hiring 2 Operations Executives for Bus Buddy, our trusted and leading school bus company for over 40 years. We serve hundreds of students every day at some of Malaysia's leading international schools.
This is a hands-on job, combining administrative work and on-the-ground ops. You will be people-facing and systems-proficient.

𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗿𝗼𝗹𝗲𝘀:
𝟭. 𝗢𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 𝗘𝘅𝗲𝗰𝘂𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 — 𝗞𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗮 𝗟𝘂𝗺𝗽𝘂𝗿
Full-time | RM3,500 – RM4,000
Campus is close to KLCC, Mid Valley, KL Sentral and Bangsar.
𝟮. 𝗢𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 𝗘𝘅𝗲𝗰𝘂𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 — 𝗦𝗲𝗿𝗶 𝗞𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗮𝗻 (full-time or half-day)
Full-time | RM3,500 – RM4,000
Or half-day (12pm – 5.15pm) | RM2,500 – RM3,000. Ideal if you have morning commitments.
𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘆𝗼𝘂'𝗹𝗹 𝗱𝗼:
– Run and coordinate the daily school bus operations on campus
– Work closely with our operations team and ground staff, school management and our customers
– Handle feedback, operational issues and emergency situations in a professional manner
𝗪𝗵𝗼 𝘄𝗲'𝗿𝗲 𝗹𝗼𝗼𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗳𝗼𝗿:
– Great with people — comfortable with school staff, drivers, parents and children
– Calm under pressure, organised, with a sharp eye for detail
– Good spoken and written English (BM or CN a bonus)
– Able to start at 6am (full-time roles)
Education or aviation industry experience is an advantage. Everything else can be learned on the job.
