Key Functional Responsibilities:
To attend to all trade and payment inquiries and process of all applications submitted by Internal and External customers on timely basis
To coordinate with Business Banking and Credit Admin and Asset Management unit in relation to customer’s credit limit and liaising with Head Office in relation to payment and trade transactions
To ensure all relevant documentations / records are in strict adherence to internal and external compliance and regulatory requirements as well as UCP600 and other related Uniform Rules on handling trade transactions are complied with;
Contribute to the improvements of internal system, processes and procedures as required
Preparation of all related reports
Comply with reconciliation and housekeeping requirements
To participate in testing / projects in relation to payment and trade
Role Requirements:
Qualification:
At least HND and at least 3 years experience in banking
Competencies:
Good interpersonal, problem solving and communication skills
Self motivated, result-oriented, independent and able to work under pressure
Proficiency in Maths and Microsoft Office.
