Key Responsibilities
As an Administrative Assistant, your primary duties will include:
Managing and maintaining executive calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and internal events with precision and efficiency
Handling all incoming communications such as phone calls, emails, and mail, ensuring prompt and professional responses and appropriate follow-ups
Drafting, preparing, and proofreading a variety of documents, reports, and PowerPoint presentations to support internal and external business needs
Maintaining organised and up-to-date filing systems, both digital and physical, ensuring data confidentiality and easy retrieval when needed
Assisting in coordinating domestic and international travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and processing expense reports
Providing general administrative and clerical support such as data entry, supply management, meeting room setup, and assisting team members as needed
Ideal Candidate Profile
To succeed as an Administrative Assistant, we’re looking for someone who brings:
A high school diploma (required); an associate’s degree or higher in business administration or a related field (preferred)
At least 1 year of office or administrative experience; however, we are open to training highly motivated candidates who show strong potential
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint; comfort with additional digital tools is an advantage
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional and courteous demeanor
Strong organisational and multitasking abilities with keen attention to detail
A proactive mindset and the ability to work independently or as part of a collaborative team
