We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team. Responsibilities
Serve as the first point of contact for clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service.
Manage phone systems, ensuring effective communication within the office and with external parties.
Perform clerical duties including filing, data entry, and maintaining organized records.
Utilize computer literacy skills to manage documents and correspondence effectively.
Assist in financial record-keeping using QuickBooks for invoicing and expense tracking.
Coordinate schedules and manage appointments for staff members.
Implement organizational systems to enhance office efficiency.
Demonstrate excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
Maintain a professional demeanor with strong phone etiquette during all communications.
Requirements
Previous experience as a medical receptionist or in a similar administrative role is preferred.
Proficiency in using phone systems and handling multi-line calls.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in all aspects of work.
Familiarity with QuickBooks or similar accounting software is a plus.
Excellent time management abilities to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team setting.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
