About Fena
Fena (www.fena.co) is a UK-based, FCA-regulated fintech building the next generation of Open Banking payments and B2B commerce software. We help wholesalers, distributors, D2C brands and merchants get paid faster and run their operations more efficiently — through Pay by Bank, Pay by Link, Variable Recurring Payments, our Shopify B2B Wholesale App, and our Fena Toolkit suite.
We're a bootstrapped, fast-moving team headquartered in London with a growing international footprint, including a regulated entity in Poland. Every team member has real ownership of what they build.
The Role
We're looking for an Operations Executive to join our small, hands-on team and help keep the engine running smoothly as we scale. You'll work directly with the founder and across departments — sales, onboarding, support, finance and compliance — to make sure things get done and nothing falls through the cracks.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, takes initiative, and wants to grow inside a regulated fintech without the bureaucracy of a large corporate.
What you'll be doing
- Supporting day-to-day operations across the business — from client onboarding admin to internal coordination
- Helping document and improve processes as we grow
- Liaising with our UK team, our Pakistan-based support team, and external partners
- Assisting with reporting, data entry, and keeping internal systems tidy and up to date
- Supporting compliance and regulatory admin (training provided)
- Stepping in wherever the team needs an extra pair of hands — no two weeks look the same
What we're looking for
- 1–2+ years' experience in an operations, administration, or coordination role (fintech, SaaS or e-commerce a plus, but not essential)
- Excellent written and spoken English — you'll be communicating with UK clients and colleagues daily
- A self-starter who's comfortable working independently in a remote setup
- Flexible and adaptable — startups change direction quickly and you're energised by that, not frustrated by it
- Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills
- Comfortable with tools like Google Workspace, Slack, and willing to learn new platforms (we use Freshdesk, Shopify, GoCardless and others)
- A genuine "get things done" attitude — we value initiative over waiting to be told what to do
