Marketing/Admin Assistant

Provide essential support to the CEO and Operations Manager with your proactive problem-solving and organizational skills
Keep things hyper-organized, such as invoicing, CRM records, and general office management
Proofread client-facing documents, emails, and presentations for accuracy
Support overall Alluvia Studio and client marketing initiatives

REQUIREMENTS

1-3 years of administrative experience, preferably in a creative, marketing, or digital agency
Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Excellent communication and multitasking skills
Experience with HubSpot is a plus
