  • Plan, coordinate and execute internal and external events, including vendor/contract/budget management
  • Act as focal point of contact for day-to-day staff needs, reporting to the Head of Operations

What you bring

  • Proven experience in busy operations/team support or office management role, including managing travel, logistics, and events
  • A service‑driven mindset and strong communication skills, with the ability to adapt, use initiative, and work with a high level of precision and organisation.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, and with a curiosity about AI tools and emerging tech
  • Emotional intelligence and a calm, solutions‑focused approach

Why join

If you want variety, autonomy, and the chance to make a visible impact every day, this is a real opportunity to thrive. This is a great chance to join of a vibrant team doing purposeful work.
