We are partnering with a well-established multinational manufacturing organization to identify an experienced Operations Manager to lead and drive operational excellence.
This position is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing end-to-end manufacturing operations, driving continuous improvement initiatives, strengthening operational performance, and ensuring alignment with global business objectives. The successful candidate will play a critical role in leading plant operations with a strong focus on safety, quality, productivity, cost optimization, and people development.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead overall manufacturing operations to achieve operational and financial performance targets
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across production, quality, supply chain, engineering, and operational processes
• Improve operational efficiency through Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, automation, and productivity enhancement initiatives
• Monitor and improve KPIs including OEE, yield, scrap reduction, labor productivity, and cost performance
• Ensure customer satisfaction through strong quality management systems and effective corrective/preventive actions
• Collaborate closely with regional and cross-functional stakeholders to support business growth, customer requirements, and operational strategy
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Management, or related field
• Proven leadership background in Operations, Manufacturing, Plant Management, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related functions
• Excellent people management, stakeholder management, and problem-solving capabilities
• Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies
