iKrusher is a leader in vape technology, driving innovation and quality in the industry. We are looking for a bilingual (English & Chinese) Operations Office Assistant to join our team. This role involves administrative support, e-commerce order processing, and assisting in project tracking. If you are detail-oriented, adaptable, and fluent in both English and Chinese, we encourage you to apply!
Key Responsibilities
Administrative Support:
Perform daily clerical tasks, including document organization and report writing.
Assist in scheduling meetings, preparing materials, and recording meeting minutes.
E-Commerce Order Processing:
Process customer orders from the Shopify platform each morning and input order details into the system.
Coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure timely and accurate shipments.
Maintain and update inventory records to ensure product accuracy.
Project Assistance:
Act as a liaison between the development team and other departments to facilitate communication.
Track project progress, collect feedback, and ensure timely completion.
Assist in drafting and updating project documentation.
Other Duties:
Adapt to additional responsibilities as assigned based on departmental needs.
Assist in handling customer inquiries and complaints to ensure a positive experience.
Qualifications (Required):
Language Proficiency:
This role requires fluency in both English and Chinese to effectively communicate with our international development team and colleagues.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree or higher (major not specified).
Technical Skills:
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Communication Skills:
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate in a multicultural team.
Time Management:
Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectively.
Adaptability:
Willingness to take on new tasks and adjust responsibilities as needed.

Work Environment:
