Join their Gas Operations Integration Center as a key member supporting our operational excellence through top-notch clerical and administrative work!
What You’ll Do:
- Deliver timely, accurate preparation of work in a highly efficient team environment
- Foster excellent internal and external customer service
- Support the application, receipt, distribution, and execution of permits
- Manage One Call process and Site Readiness details
- Create and update WMS/DIS order types
- Utilize various PC applications (WORD, Excel, PowerPoint), and email via Lotus Notes
- Prepare correspondence, handle office administration, and participate in customer complaint resolution
- Drive administrative efficiencies and communicate effectively across the team
What You’ll Bring:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Demonstrated experience with WORD, Excel, PowerPoint, and working within a collaborative team
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a proven track record in customer service (internal and external)
- Ability to work independently with limited direction
Preferred Qualifications:
- Proficiency in WMS, DIS, and Lotus Notes (SAP experience a plus, not required)
- Basic understanding of the utility industry
