Job Purpose and Organizational Context

The Flight Operations department is the operational heartbeat of our airline, responsible for the safe, compliant, and efficient execution of every flight in our network. Operating in a highly regulated and fast-paced environment, this department manages our most critical assets: our flight crews, training standards, regulatory compliance, and real-time flight schedules.

This is a highly structured, data-driven administrative role designed for analytically-minded graduates. Whether you are optimizing complex crew rosters in Scheduling, tracking high-stakes pilot credentials in Licensing, managing critical updates in Document Control, organizing international simulator slots in Training, or streamlining logistics in Flight Ops Admin & Accounts, your precision directly impacts our operational reliability.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Assist to manage rosters, including rest hours monitoring, crew changes.
  • General administrative workflows, operational billing tracking, and expense processing.
  • Maintain recurrent training logs, SIM sessions coordination, logistics.
  • Work on pilot license updates, Civil Aviation paperwork, and medical certificate tracking.
  • Work on manual updates, revision distribution, regulatory auditing.
  • Administer attendance and leaves of the employees of the department.
  • Process bills, prepare relevant vouchers of expenses from the department.
  • Any other administrative task as assigned by the head of Flight Operations department.

Recruitment Requirement

  • A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any of the following: Physics, CSE, Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, Aviation Management and Aerospace or Aeronautical Engineering.
  • 0 – 2 years of experience in working in an role related to operations or administration.
