- To ensure the Maint. includes all kinds of works civil, Mechanical, Painting, Carpentry, Furniture, Aluminium, Glass, ventilation, Exhaust fans, Plumbing works, water supply, Hot water supply, Drainages, Gutters, all kind of installed equipments inclusive of all kinds Upgradation, new requirement and repair works of following areas -:
- All Social blocks, All Canteens, Kitchens Laundry, Creche, Security Buildings and Toilets of factory.
- Laboratories of the factory (QA, FML, Application group, Sensory Labs)
- All the Warehouses of factory and outer, Truck wrapping /EOT Crane area/Truck Parking.
- Admin, HR, Conf. room, Supply chain offices and all offices of factory.
- All the Parkings (Main Parking, Truck parking, FMR gate Parking )
- Cattle Feed Area, Workshop, Weigh bridges.
- Nestle Recreation Club/ Trainees Hostel Bank building /66 KVA Buildings
- Factory Roads/Green areas/scrap yards/Smoking areas. /Cattle feed
- Swimming Pool /Roads/ Gardens of Residential Compound -1 2
- Tanker unloading /Loading stations /FMPDD /Drug store /Contractor yards/Tyre washing /Milk Loading /unloading aeras/ Milk Sampling areas.
- Local stores, flash dryers, oil Stores and General store/Piping stores.
- All the Quotations, Pr- Po- Execution Billing -measurement- Bill Clearance- Certifications
