Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent practical experience.
- 3-5 years of hands-on experience as an Oracle DBA in a production environment.
- Proficient in Oracle Database administration (19c/21c), PL/SQL, SQL*Plus, and Oracle Enterprise Manager (OEM).
- Experience with Oracle RAC, Data Guard, ASM, and RMAN for high availability and disaster recovery.
- Strong understanding of database performance tuning, query optimization, and execution plan analysis.
- Familiarity with Linux/Unix OS environments and shell scripting for database automation tasks.
- Must have Oracle Database Administration Certification
- Willing to work onsite (Central Jakarta) under PKWT status
Responsibility :
- Install, configure, and maintain Oracle Database systems (19c/21c) across development, staging, and production environments.
- Monitor database performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement tuning strategies including query optimization, indexing, and execution plan analysis.
- Design and implement robust backup and recovery strategies (RMAN) to ensure data integrity and business continuity.
- Manage database security including user access control, privilege management, auditing, and compliance with data governance policies.
- Plan and execute database migrations, upgrades, and patching activities with minimal downtime.
- Collaborate with application developers and the Tech Lead to design efficient data models and optimize SQL queries for the loyalty platform.
- Implement and maintain Oracle RAC, Data Guard, or ASM configurations to ensure high availability and disaster recovery.
- Perform capacity planning and proactively manage storage, tablespace, and resource allocation to support application growth.
- Document database configurations, procedures, and runbooks; provide on-call support for critical database incidents.
